Renovation and re-configuration of a duplex flat on the 1st and 2nd floors of a Georgian property in the Notting Hill area of London. 

This project was an exercise in luxury and quality, the flat totalling approx 150sqm, was re-configured as 2No double ensuite bedrooms, living and kitchen, with the whole 1st floor open-plan. 

With a bespoke structural glass staircase from Maretti in Italy, and many designer fixtures and bespoke joinery, the project achieved exceptional high standards of interior architecture.
