Completed in 2017, this project started with a pair of dilapidated Victorian semis.
A full height full width rear extension was added, and the 2 houses re-configured into 12 flats, incorporating balconies to the rear elevation (image shown) and a shared communal garden.
Harrison Architects + designers Ltd managed the planning, building regulations, and contract administration.
