Another example of small development housing project, rejuvenating a small site having obtained for our developer client full plans permission for 5units with roof terraces. Comprising 2 small houses and 3 flats, the project generates decent value from a building previously used as a Autoparts and servicing shop/workshop. From a public realm viewpoint the project also enhances the street, the comparison between before and after being a major transformation. In terms of housing delivery, the project generated 5 units contributing to much needed housing supply in Bexley.
